I only say bira moretti !!! The delivery was not yet ready to collect, a beer on the house shortens the waiting time. All friendly, food was ?

Order finally arrived after over 3 hours and 2 phone calls. Terrifying and disappointing. At least the food was warm and also filled us up. I don't know yet whether another order will be made.

Two hours of waiting and not a word on the phone about long waiting times. Intolerable. After a phone call only comes, at the moment there is a lot going on can still take a while. Outrageous.

60 minutes waiting time on the phone announced, after 90 minutes still no pizza there. Then nobody answered the phone, when I drove there the pizza was only made. They apparently forgot to order ... Very reorganized.

Waiting time up to 90 minutes and the food was not really comparable to an Italian. Not recommendable.

Very friendly staff on site. Delivery often takes a long time (90 minutes) Food is ok. The pizzas are sometimes almost oozing with fat, which is a shame. Doner salad sometimes top, more often, unfortunately, rather flop (I can mix iceberg lettuce, cucumber, tomato and dressing together at home). Otherwise you can recommend the gratinated penne dishes. Conclusion: quality fluctuates.

Massively long waiting time and not for the first time either. (Between 80 and 100 minutes!) Food tastes delicious, but unfortunately the hunger goes away while waiting.

There are 4 of us and we have to honestly say that this was the hottest pizza we have ever had. Everyone gave it 5 stars and it delivered outside of Eisenach
